Please call our toll free number to speak with a Customer Service Representative regarding shipping charges that may apply.) • We offer electronic insurance claims billing. • Most major insurance plans accepted including BlueCross BlueShield, BlueCare, PHP, and Cariten. Others can be billed for possible reimbursement. • MEDICARE ASSIGNMENT ACCEPTED ON MOST ITEMS.
